We are thrilled to announce SimpleClick are finalists for two EADT Business Awards

With more than 15 years of experience, we are proud to have developed a reputation as a successful and innovative agency that cares about our employees just as much as we do about our customers and their projects.

Recognition of our hard work is always rewarding, so to be finalists in two categories for the 2024 EADT Business Awards is fantastic!

Employer of the Year

We are passionate about our team and their personal development, keeping them ahead of the innovation game. No two projects are ever the same, giving the team an amazing opportunity to be creative and work collaboratively to deliver imaginative solutions.

The result of our efforts is a hard-working team in every sense of the word. Senior team members regularly take the time to support and educate newer recruits, and it's wonderful to see so many people flourishing in their careers with us.

Our focus and priority on employee wellbeing and work-life balance deserve recognition. We have worked hard to ensure the culture is positive with high job satisfaction, making SimpleClick a desirable workplace.

Our employees' benefit package rivals that of much larger organisations, while enjoying the culture that small businesses provide.

Flexible and hybrid working

9-day fortnights

Wellbeing Training and Monthly 1-2-1s

Career progression development

You can really feel the care that has gone into matching commercial decisions with how best to serve the employees. Innovative ideas – such as the nine-day fortnight and having the taking of leave as a KPI – show how to carefully balance the needs of both employees and clients.

Small Business of the Year

Our positive, supportive culture and well-being have been key to being named a finalist in this highly competitive category.

Over the last few years, we have adopted a business strategy that empowers the team to promote personal growth that in turn builds job satisfaction and drives down staff turnover. Retaining experienced and talented people gives the company stability and customers added reassurance.

This is our competitive edge and proved fruitful in 2023 through our strong long-term client portfolio, securing a variety of new clients, growing the team, developing new services, delivering huge enhancements to our Doddle CMS, and exceeding our financial targets!

It was a busy year!

There is no denying that our successful 9-day fortnight policy caused quite a stir with the judges who were interested to hear more about our journey, from the decision-making process to implementation and staff feedback. They are not alone; Richard is often asked about this and recently gave a talk at a Suffolk Mind event on this subject.

We're so proud to have been named as finalists for Employer of the Year and Small Business of the Year. The recognition is a testament to our commitment to creating a workplace where our employees can thrive and enjoy delivering amazing projects for our customers.

We look forward to celebrating everyone's achievements
