We had wellbeing training with Suffolk Mind. The workshop provided a detailed look into 'The Mental Health Continuum' and how anyone can move up and down the scale. It gave us insight into how we can balance our physical and emotional needs for a healthy mental state using the Mental Health Toolkit. This is being used in the team's monthly wellbeing 1:1s.
A ‘Breaking the Binary' and 'Removing the Barriers' faced by the LGBTQ+ community workshop was delivered by Tracy Martinez training. The session was informative with plenty of information to take away and think about, promoting understanding, inclusivity, and sensitivity which is key to creating a more accepting and supportive environment for everyone.
